Tyler Lyle is a singer-songwriter and writer based in Atlanta. He is the co-founder of the electronic duo The Midnightand has released solo records for over two decades. His songs have appeared in TV shows including 13 Reasons Why, Roadies, and Hart of Dixie; films such as Terrifier 2 and The Curse of Downers Grove; and video games including The Sims 4, EA’s F1 25, and Road 96: Mile 0.


In 2009, he co-founded the arts non-profit ATL Collective. He DJs under the name Discrete Megafauna and runs a recording studio in Atlanta. He has produced three seasons of his podcast/demo club The Secret Lair and co-hosts Story Hour, a quarterly songwriter night in Atlanta. An avid analog synth enthusiast, his current writing explores philosophy, myth, and everyday life. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and son.
